FAQ
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout, your files appear in your Profile and can be re-downloaded anytime.
Can I sell my prints?
Every file comes with a personal-use license: print it for yourself or to display. Selling prints needs commercial rights — contact us and we’ll sort it out. Sharing or reselling the files is never allowed.
Which printers are supported?
STL/3MF files work with common FDM and resin printers; print settings are included with every product.
I deleted my files by accident — what now?
Sign in and open your File Library to download them again — at no extra cost.
